This was a good headset, the only complaints that I have are that I felt that the case was plastic and not what I would expect at this price point and that this headset does not have Multipoint Bluetooth connection. The Multipoint Bluetooth connection allow the headset to be paired with two devices at the same time and it you are listening to music on one device and receive a phone call on your phone, you can press the button on the headset to pause the music and answer the call. I ultimately returned this headset and Bought a Jabra Elite 4 Pro headset.

I own 6 different pairs of ear buds and these are my favorites. At $70 on sale these are a great buy. I have a pair I paid twice as much for and these are just as good if not better.

The Sony-WF-C500 True Wireless In-Ear Headphone very impressive for the price. I would recommend purchasing them.

These are well balanced and clear earphones. The Sony app let's you customize the sound. I am really impressed.

Good overall sound quality. Cute design. They don’t fit my ears well and tend to slide out even when I’m not moving.

They've been working great for five months now. I use them every day while working-out and the battery life goes longer than I need. The longer the battery life the better so its great.

Best ear buds I’ve ever had. Easy to charge. Sound is very good. Works well with iPhone and iPad. Microphone is sensitive and sound carried well. Great value

I love the sound but when excercising it falls out my ears so the fit isnt the best. Also sensitive to touch.

The reviews are accurate! Sub $100 buds that got to be leading the category. Expected less quality sound based on said reviews, but coming from Air Pod Pros I can say these Sonys are legit!

Decent sounds for the price. I use them as backup, you can really notice the difference and quality compared to AirPods Pro.

Really clear sound. A bit sensitive and can hang up on people accidentally if you touch it. Otherwise, no complaints.

I love these earbuds. They work very well. They may not match the sound quality of some significantly more expensive buds, but they are a great value in my opinion.

There's lot's of competition in this area. Sony has always been good for me. These aren't high-end but work and sound great. No problem as yet.

My google pixel buds stopped pairing during a trip to vegas. Stopped by best buy and found these at a good price and had good reviews. They did the job.

Great earbuds for not a lot of money! Great Sony quality and its lack of ANC is not a deal breaker! I would say the only complaint is the eartips are not the most comfy

Very happy with sound of Sony ear buds . They are much better that the lower priced ones I had before. They were on sale so Got them for the same price as the old ones I had before .

Everything you expect from a Sony product. The quality and sound are awesome. The instructions are simple and will easily connect to your cell phone
