Bad quality. Frequent use caused the left earphone to break.

As soon as I took them out the box they started working with my phone. So easy to set up and the sound is great!!!

These have great sound isolation and good sound quality. But some songs sound grainy.

As the title says, they're ok for the price. The sound quality is average and they fit well but the size of the headphones makes them uncomfortable after a very short while and the buttons require a good amount of force to press which pushes them farther into my ear and causes more discomfort. I would recommend these headphones to a friend but they're just not for me

Buzzing noise when not in use. Better options available in slightly higher cost.

I've had these for quite some time (I forgot when I purchased them). They still work despite how many times I've dropped them!

Great buy! I like the fact that you can customize the sound to your preference. It also has long battery life after charge.

Great earbuds. Love the case and color of them and the fact that they have different settings for audio. However, the audio is a little off sometimes when the tones are lower. Also, the button on the side of the earbud is a little sensitive. Had some issues with it pausing and unpausing a few times when I was trying to place or remove them from ear. Overall, though, these are pretty good earbuds.

They sound great when they work. When they work. They do not stay connected via Bluetooth. I have an android so maybe if you have a iPhone you might have better results. I would not recommend this product

I paid 80 dollars for these headphones. It's now just over a year later, and they won't charge. The warranty is good for 1 year, and they barely made it. It's so crazy that you have to spend nearly 100 dollars for a product that won't even last a year. I would not buy these headphones again. They're garbage in every way. You may as well spend 15 dollars on headphones, because those you can expect will only last a year and when they do, you won't be angry as heck like I am.

These were a great find…….i went into best buy looking for headphones and found these they work really well and drown out noise when i need them to.

Got these for my kids and they love them. I ended up getting a pair for my wife who loves hers as well. Noise cancel works well, sound is great.

These are not noise cancelling as advertised by Best Buy but the sound on them is good.

Odd fit but great sounding earbuds. I love the color, it stands out. The voice sound clarity is awesome, the music is excellent.

Sony ear buds have great sound, not alot of bass. I recently started having a distorted voice issues while answering calls from friends. Not sure what is going on. Also the light on the earbuds while in the case started to jus stay on til they died. Even when they are turned off..

Great product. I have this one before and it lasts forever until I lose them. So I have to get the exact ones back.

Too bulky; top heavy—they fall off during work outs. I bought them and returned them.

First earbuds I have ever purchased- needed them for my workouts. They work great and hold a charge for a long time. Very happy with Sony!
