The earbuds and the design theirselves are amazing but my only negative part of this is that the bass on them honestly sucks. Even with “ClearBass” at the max, it still sucks.

Still working on adjustments w/ rubber inserts. They can fall out of ear regardless of size I pick. It almost fell in the toilet. Another time it fell in the dirt.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! THEY FALL OUT! I bought these for the compact casing of taking to the gym to run and work out! While running on the treadmill, they loosening and fell out immediately causing me to have to start and stop to readjust, pick up off the floor. Just a disaster. They dont grip inside your ear. No adjustment helped. I was so disappointed and discouraged as if I need a reason not to workout out.. Its a no for me..

Sony earbuds are among the best sounding, especially the bass. My main earbuds are the Sony WF‑1000XM3 true wireless earbuds but these are less expensive and I use them with my iPad and iPod, and especially handy watching tv at night.

Sound was great, good noise cancelling, but kind of hurt my ears and fell out several times while mowing the yard. Had to return them.

Good for wireless music access. I like the recharge feature when enclosed in case. Ok for taking calls as microphone does not feed voice over to buds to monitor spoken voice levels.

Didn't last two years with minimal use and zero drops or other potential damage. Left earbud no longer charges correctly and won't stay on long enough to connect. After researching potential fixes and solutions, I've found this is a VERY common problem with these earbuds. Do NOT buy these.

I was skeptical purchasing these because I generally like to have matching components (Samsung Note 20 Ultra). After speaking with the salesman, he educated me on getting these (on sale, sound quality). I must say, that I am well pleased.

One is not working less than a year of minimal use. Sony customer support is terrible. They will not accept my online receipt of purchase from Best Buy as valid. You cannot send a screen shot of the receipt. Their upload site will not let me in without buying some Force.com membership or free trial. Junk!

As stated several times in the reviews, the sound is great... But, they are awkwardly shaped and would not stay in my ears. The larger part is too big to fit in my ears & even if I shoved them in to fit, they just fell out. They are too heavy to just leave hanging there. Sadly, they are already headed back since I could not use them.
