These earbuds sound incredible, especially at this price point. I'm guessing Sony focused on sound quality rather than trying to load these with features. You will not find noise canceling or pass-through. But I also do not believe you will find anything else at this price that has the sound quality of these. They sound amazing with great clarity and plenty of solid bass. I've also been really impressed with how small they are. Not only are they comfortable, but they seem to settle into your ear really well. Lastly, I like they way Sony integrated the selection buttons into the earbuds. If you're looking for noise canceling, look elsewhere. But if you want great quality sound at a good price, the Sony WF-500 earbuds are a fantastic choice.

These are very good earbuds. I had difficulty downloading it on my phone but Best Buy helped me with that. They are very comfortable but would not stay in my ear so I did not keep them.

Love these ear buds. Unboxing you will find a nice small charging case, three ear tips sizes to pick from, charging cable and some manuals. Simply pull the tab out of each earbud and place back in the charger. After they are fully charged it was easy to pair with my phone. I already use the Sony app for other headphones but if you don’t have it, there is a QR code to scan to point you in the right direction to download it. Once paired you will be able to fine-tune the sound within the apps equalizers. I was happy with the sound Quality right out of the box. So I just paired and went on with my day. I have been using these on a single charge for 12+ hours each day. Music sounds great and phone calls are even better. No one can tell the difference if I’m using these or not when on the phone. Which is great. I have had a few others that when I use them people complain it’s hard to hear me talk. And the fit is good and stays in place even when jogging or jumping around. And it’s water resistant so no worries if you get caught in the rain. You can’t go wrong with these great sound quality and awesome battery life.

Works okay…app doesn’t have an Apple version and swapping devices means repairing. Also doesn’t have stereo until several minutes into zoom meetings which is strange.

I have tried all the fittings and they still pop out of my ears. Waste of money!

I wanted to like these because they had my favorite blue color. But unfortunately the sound quality was not great. I used them for work for a week and while I didn’t have issues in every meeting, sometimes it would sound like the person talking to me was under water. Very distorted. I would have to disconnect and reconnect for the sound to be OK again. Too much hassle for when you’re in the middle of important meetings. Gonna go ahead and spend the extra money in AirPods.

Buds work ok, but small in size. Unable to see buds before purchase, otherwise if I'd been able see them, wouldn't have brought them.

Good earbuds but out of the box sound seemed thin. Even using the app’s customization feature I could not get the sound as rich I wanted it.

They have great mids & highs. The bass is almost non existent. If you don't want any bass it's a great pair of earpods.

Insecure. Fall out with any movement. Lost one already. Too bad. Wish I could return them.

These Sony wireless ear buds are fairly decent, especially at this price point. The look nice and at least in my case do not stick too far out of my ears. Build quality is on par for other devices in this category and they weigh next to nothing so they won't bother you the way some others might. Pairing to my iPhone was easy peasy with not issues. The included charging case is not too large and easily fits in your pants pocket without a lot of bulk. Battery life is one area that could be better. I have been able to average 8-10 hours of constant use between charging the buds. I've been spoiled by my Air Pods Pro so sound quality is not as good as those. That being said the sound quality at this price point is above average. No active noise cancellation is a bummer but again, at this price point that is not uncommon. Overall, if you're looking for an inexpensive set of wireless ear buds you could do a lot worse than these.
