If the size of the earbud tips does not match the size of your ear canals or the headset is not worn properly in your ears, you may not obtain the correct sound qualities, noise canceling effects, or call performance. For optimum performance, it is recommended to wear both earbuds properly.

The wireless Bluetooth earbuds are hard to perfect but these are pretty good.

The earbuds might not have the right rubber tip and not snuggly fit your ears, that is why they fall off often.
You may try these steps and to help you achieve good sound quality, effective noise canceling or good call performance.
- Change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The most suitable size of the earbud tips for left and right ears may be different.
- Check that you are wearing the headset properly in your ears. Wear the headset so that the earbud tip is comfortably situated as deep in the ear canal as possible.

The Sound is fantastic, the bass is there and thumps. Grab these and you won't be disappointed. I'm very Particular about sound quality. The only thing is the Ambient sound could be a little clearer but its not a deal breaker .

Ok not great

They are good for stationary activities. The sound is good. The weight is above the part that goes in your ears so they have a tendency to start tipping downward out of the ear canal.

Its nice to be able to listen to a story or music and still hear what's going on around you. Only down side in my opinion is that the case doesnt hold a charge for long. I have to charge every other day.

Good earbud

He was super impressed and loved them! I love all the features they have to offer. Noise cancellation works great. He’s been using them the last month and still working great. Best Bang for your Buck

I think theyre just as good if not better than the AirPod Pro Series 2 headphones I have through work. Theyre much more comfortabke, noise cancelling is great, sound amazing, and dont hang out of your ear like the AirPods do. 10/10 would recommend.

Quality for fair price

The sound quality and noise cancellation are above average. Both buds emit sounds when on a call which is another plus. One downside is they can come out of ear easily when sweating and running. Otherwise great product

We're sorry you've been running into some problems and they fall out off your ears when running and sweating. The WF-C700N comes with different sizes of earbud tips to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes. Please use the right size according to the size of your ears. When wearing them, please gently pull up on the top of your ears, put the earbud tips in your ear canal, and then twist the earbuds into place. This makes sure the earbuds are firmly in the ear canal.
