Thank you for the review Medium sized earbud tips come attached to the left and right headset units at the time of purchase. If the size of the earbud tips does not match the size of your ear canals or the headset is not worn properly in your ears, you may not obtain the correct sound qualities, noise canceling effects, or call performance. Thanks for sharing your review and experience with the WFC700N. We're glad that you like the color, sound quality, and battery life of the headphones. It's unfortunate that you are having Bluetooth issues. For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the headphones is up-to-date (via the Sony Headphones Connect app).

You may find these troubleshooting steps helpful:

-Bring the headset and the Bluetooth device within 1 m (3.2 ft) from each other.
-When pairing for the first time after purchasing, initializing, or repairing the headset, the headset enters pairing mode automatically if you remove the headset from the charging case. To pair a second or subsequent device, set the headset units into the charging case, leave the charging case lid open, and press and hold the pairing button on the back of the charging case for about 5 seconds or more to enter pairing mode.
-The headset cannot go into pairing mode if the headset is not set securely in the charging case, such as when the earbud tips are not properly attached to the headset. Make sure the headset is stored securely in the charging case.

Resetting and initializing the headset may also help resolve those issues. Please refer to the steps on these links:
