The noise cancelling which is my main feature, I think it does a pretty good job, I'll say for a gym atmosphere the noise cancelling does a pretty good job, also on a noisy street if you jogging outside the noise cancellation does a pretty good job...it brings the extra ear sleeves designed to fit different types of ears.....I'll say overall these earbuds are pretty good, they do meet my expectations for noise cancelling I believe there might be better ones with better noise cancelling, but for the price these are pretty awesome.

Good bang for buck

Good features that work well. Reliable with no issues experienced. I recommend them, but just started using ear buds so cannot compare to others yet. I purposely spent a little more money to to receive a good performing product, along with reliability tied into it and it paid off.

On calls sometimes I'm told an odd clicking sound happens and I have to "reset" them by putting them back in the case and taking them back out. The duo connectivity feature works decently depending on what you're connecting to. The app sometimes needs to be restarted for it to be usable. These are perfect for someone who just wants wireless headphones but isn't super picky on high end features.

For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the headphones is up-to-date (via the Sony Sound Connect app).
If the size of the earbud tips does not match the size of your ear canals or the headset is not worn properly in your ears, you may not obtain the correct sound qualities, noise canceling effects, or call performance. If any of this is the case, try the following:
-Change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The most suitable size of the earbud tips for left and right ears may be different.
-Check that you are wearing the headset properly in your ears. Wear the headset so that the earbud tip is comfortably situated as deep in the ear canal as possible.
Additionally, you can use the Equalizer/CLEAR BASS setting of the Sony app to fine-tune the sound quality depending on your needs.

Sony WF-C700N Ear Buds

The noise cancelling is the best of any earbud I've used so far though. My coworkers will often scare me at work because these things are too good. Shoutout to the teenager that helped me buy these! When I asked him if there's anything I should be aware of he said nope, and then after I paid for them he said "well the microphone quality is bad but you have a 30 day return window!" Too bad they started acting up after 30 days. Bad Best Buy customer service on this transaction and I've written to Sony about them. Spend the money and get the next step up for better earbuds.
