However leaving a 3 star review instead of 5 because only 1 of my 2 free offers didn’t work. I got my 4 months free of Sirius XM but the code I got for 3 free months of YouTube premium says it’s expired. Customer service wasn’t really helpful when I called and I’ve had trouble reaching a human with YouTube.

Most of them do not fit my ears as they easily fall off. Sony does a great job fitting different types of ears, plus great sound quality. David B is very knowledgeable about technology and he was very patient helping me find the perfect set of headphones. I rarely come across people who love what they do for a living, Bestbuy on North Ave in Chicago is lucky to have him

Sony WF-C700N in-ear headphones

A little bigger than the skullcandy that I had before, but not too large. Sound quality is great. Battery life is pretty good. Case design is good. I have not had a chance to fully customize the settings but the app is helpful. My main issue is that the headphones don't cancel ambient noise on my end during calls as well as I would hope. The person on the other end of the call can hear everything.

Great, easy to use

I am able to switch between devices without having to turn off the bluetooth in a device. The pairing was a bit finicky but thats probably on me lol. Comes with different ear bud sizes which is amazing. The pill shaped case fits well in the hand and very comfortable to hold.

I find the sound quality to be very good (which is why I have used Sony's for a long time, being really picky about this aspect of a pair of headphones) and unlike a set of air pods, these seems to stay put in my ears. I like running with my ear buds and these seem to stay in place really well, even when I run hard. My last set of running ear buds were Sony after trying Beats and Bose ones... and it appears Sony will be my running partner again. What was also important to me was to not spend $300 on a pair of ear buds, especially if they are used for running so this pair, seems to fit the bill really well. We will see if they last... I am usually good about keeping my buds charged so I am not too worried about the battery life. In terms of connectivity, while it does not connect or switch devices as effortlessly as a pair of air pods or beats, I have found switching between my apple watch and iPhone to be easy enough. My previous Sony's ear buds fought me a bit which is why I only used it for running (keeping it on one device) but this one swaps easily enough without forcing me to turn off the Bluetooth feature of the previous device.
