We aim for all our products to deliver a seamless experience, and we appreciate you letting us know about the solid battery life you’ve experienced. For the connection dropouts and call quality, the most effective step is performing a full initialization (factory reset), which resets all internal settings and deletes old pairing information. (Note: After initializing, you must delete the WF-C710N from your device's Bluetooth list and re-pair). Additionally, please try using the different sizes of hybrid silicone rubber eartips included to achieve a more secure and comfortable fit.
