I find I most often use these WF1000XM4, they are just too handy to put in and go. Stay in my ear well (even when disc golfing or biking) and surprisingly good sound profile. The Sony Headphones app has an equalizer that goes through different adjustments and lets you choose what you like best which is great. I only ever use in noise cancelling mode as the pass through does not work well, so if that is what you are looking for look elsewhere.

Real snug fit in my ears. The only disappointment is that you can only have the right bud in your ear to play, the left bud cannot play by itself.

Amazing! We are so happy to know your satisfaction with the incredible noise canceling feature, long-lasting battery life, very comfortable fit design, and superb performance of the WF-1000XM4. We greatly appreciate your input with the use of only one earbud feature of these headphones. If you are using the WF-1000XM4 without downloading & installing the Headphones Connect App, yet they DO set up/activate Google Assistant: by default, the RIGHT headset is assigned Google Assistant hence by design the LEFT side then cannot be used by itself.
Here are additional troubleshooting steps/issues to consider:
1. Both sides must initially be paired/registered via Bluetooth.
2. If Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa will be used => ensure it is assigned (using HPC - Headphones Connect App) to the side being used.
3. Ensure that the default HPC App settings "Automatic Power Off" and "Pauses when headphones are taken off" are turned ON.
4. If removing the Right headset to use the Left headset by itself: if the Right headset touch sensor is inadvertently touched, you’ll need to restart playback on your smartphone.

Great sound, but the fit was lacking

I used the different ear piece sizes and they still didn't fit - the headphones even fell out at one point. They are great if you don't move, but take care if you are wearing them while walking (let alone running). I had to return them.

He told me theyre 100% better than the Samsung ones he used to have. They have better sound, charge fast, hold its battery pretty long, and connects pretty easily.

The sound is clear and the noise cancellation is incredible like other reviews said it to be. I use these primarily for work so i wear them for extended periods of time and they manage to fit snug i don't have problems with them sliding out however they can leave me a little sore afterwards but for casual listeners I'd say you'll be just fine. Also wish they can be just a bit louder but they still manage to produce great volume. Overall very happy with my purchase!

Great Noise Cancelling

I wear these to my gym, which is pretty loud, and with the noise cancelling on, most of the ambient noise just disappears. They sound great as well--very well balanced and detailed. The app allows you to make eq adjustments if you like and adjust the level of noise cancelling. I had the predecessor model (WF1000-XM3) and these sound better and have better noise cancelling. That's not a criticism of the XM3's--they are a great set of ear buds as well, these just improve on an already excellent product. My only complaint is that sometimes other nearby headphones can cause interference. This may be an issue with all wireless headphone models though.

I purchased the comply foam tips for the galaxies as well but still wasn't having enough luck with them. These are turning out to be great! Comfort and sound. The interface is a little lengthy and spread out amongst 3 pages vs. the samsung one page and I know they are a little pricey but for serious earbud users I believe these could be your new favorites..I don't usually deviate from Samsung products but in this case I'm happy I did. I was getting a lot of ear itchiness before which has also ceased with the xm4s.

The WF-1000XM4 comes with different sizes of earbuds to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes and an optimal noise canceling experience. As a suggestion, to reduce discomfort while wearing the headphones, try to use the right size according to the size of your ears. When wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. This should give you a firmer hold and better noise canceling experience. The cancellation is stellar not quite as good as my XM3’s but the best I’ve gotten from earbuds! The memory foam tips took some time to get used too but they’re comfortable and form a great seal. I haven’t had much luck until now finding comfortable ear buds that I can use for long periods of time but these surprised me; they’re very comfortable! The set up only took a few minutes, the sound quality is great and the battery life holds up to the expectations set by my XM3.

When compared to the AirPods pro 1st geb they are blown out of the water. The sound from these are incredible and the sound profile covers all the spectrum of sound from lows, mids and highs. The sound is crisp and loud without losing much. theses earbud these are superior to most if not all the other eardus of this caliber for the price.

Sound wuality was decent, noise cancelling good, a bit too bulky and uncomfortable for my ears.. returned and opted to go woth the Bose QuietComfort 2- which have better noise cancelling, sound better, and are much less bulky than the Sony ones- and much more comfortable
