      We're sorry to hear that our WF-C510 Truly Wireless Earbuds did not fit your ears well. These earbuds do not include the active noise-canceling and some of the more advanced features of our premium earbuds but have a more standard feature set with the addition easy button operation and they do block out a decent amount of noise. If the size of the earbud tips does not match the size of your ear canals or the headset is not worn properly in your ears, you may not obtain the correct sound qualities or call performance.

      To ensure optimal performance, as well as to obtain the best fit and prevent the headset from falling out, change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The size of the left and right earbud tips may be different. Check that you are wearing the headset properly in your ears. Wear the headset so that the earbud tip is comfortably situated as deep in the ear canal as possible.     Really good volume quality. But one thing is that it doesn’t come with a charger. Other than that everything is good

    Great ear buds. The only negative is I have to charge it with my computer power cord, phone cords don't work.
