They’re extremely comfortable and don’t hurt my ears or head. Battery lasts me a few days and I use these headphones almost all day.

I don't use them much anymore ever since I discovered earbuds. But when I did I was happy with them. Very full sound. Nice bass.

Best Headphones I've ever bought!

I take video meetings and people can hear me clearly. The sound cancelling function works very well. And the battery life is amazing. I can use them all day for 4 days before the battery dies.

Some people say it is all plastic and not as premium as some other offers on the market, but it makes them very light and extremely comfortable for longer wear. The sound is great as well. Best NC headset I have ever used

They fit very comfortably over my reading glasses and I can wear them all day. The battery life is long enough for a twelve hour work day. Very consistent Bluetooth. No problem connecting every single time and very easy to use.

A buddy of mine has the xm5’s and while i can say the headband is slightly lighter in the xm5’s its not so much of a difference that i genuinely care or wish i had gotten the 5’s. And as far as sound quality goes the xm5 has negligiblably better base like if you tweak around the EQ settings with the 4’s to get yiur desired base the sound is almost indistinguishable from the 5’s. If you have 400$ get the XM5’s and if you only got 200$ and the xm4’s are on sale def get the 4s you def wont regret it and i know i sure dont

I believe that the Sony XM4 are superior in sound quality and noise canceling. They are lightweight and comfortable to wear for long periods, and I find that they provide a fuller sound for all content.

At the time of purchase I could have bought the XM5's but still chose the MX4. The MX5's felt better on my head but I think I was hearing better bass in the MX4's and I'm more into the bass side. I just liked the sound from the 4's better than the 5's and I have the 100 Daily Listener Badge too that the app tracks.
