    Easy to use, The only problem is the ear speakers are a little bulky but the complete setup and use is very easy.

    I was looking for a pair of replacement BT headphones for TV listening, didn't want an off brand that might break easily. These work fine, so-so quality sound, but feel pretty cheap, and aren't all that comfortable for extended listening. If I had to do it again I might go on Amazon and find an off-brand that might provide more for the money.

    I hate surveys they are a marketing gimmick that have no bearing on the product . The true measure is repeat purchase and retention and only mask lazy marketing companies who refuse to do real customer satisfaction statistical reporting.

    I bought this for my father because he was trying to find a pair. We hooked it up to his phone and the sound was pretty good. The only problem is we keep having a problem connecting it. It just will not connect to his phone. We have tried everything from restarting them and disconnecting bluetooth etc.
