After 4 hours of watching YouTube videos, instructions found on the internet, and enclosed instructions we are still unsuccessful. We are not real happy with the purchase, but we are stubborn!

They rested on her ears instead of covering them. Plus the material over the ear cups was very rigid and uncomfortable.

Not the easiest to connect

They kept dropping Bluetooth connection, and I had to forget the device each time and re-add the headphones. Needless to say, I bought new headphones and took the WH-CH-400 back to the store to get my money back. Note: Be sure to include all items that come in the headphone box, or you will be charged $20.00.

Did not work with my iPhone X

Not at all comfortable to wear. On top of it, the pair disconnects for every few minutes. I see the phone in my bluetooth listing devices and I connect it, I hear connected and after a few minutes I hear disconnected even during the call is in progress. Glad to note Best Buy's awesome return policy and the pair got back to them
