Could not get them to work

The headphones produce an awful screech sound when songs transition. I have verified this was the headphones by comparing to other BT phones in my possession. Also, the fit / comfort is less than acceptable. They are going back!

Fine while it lasted

Sound would not get loud,took to Best Buy,they could not hear any audio. But since I did not buy extended warranty,was told I had to send it to Sony. very disappointed.
