The noise cancelling properties of these headphones are outstanding. When my wife has them on, she can't hear a thing I'm trying to tell her. She says the sound quality is great too, but it increases her ability to ignore me then fold. I'm going to get myself a pair too so I can enjoy the silence that doesn't naturally exist in my house. Five stars.

Noise cancelling headphone with great price. what else could you ask for?

Got these ona great sale. Can get a little warm on the ears, but the active noise cancellation is very noticeable and effective. Took them on a flight and cancelled out most of the ambient plane noise. Definitely recommend if you can find it at the right price.

Excellent headphones- definitely recommend getting the accompanying audio equalizer app on your phone. it has some great settings that will totally enhance your music's presentation. Without it (bass features, etc.) the headphones are still nice, but you'll be missing out. My only complaint is that I wish you could use the app without the headphones being turned on and plugged in.

If you are buying this headphone for ANC don't buy it. The sound quality is great. Although the sound is very balanced. There's barely any feature on the sony app, which was my most disappointing part. Build quality is pretty good as well. Nothing fancy, also the headphone lasts for a long time in one go.

I've had these for over a year now and have no complaints. I purchased them over the Black Friday holiday for a good price and use them every day. I use them wired with the headphone cable it came with into a 4 channel mixer when djing and I also use them on the go using bluetooth and my iPhone. I would buy these again.

Don't take my thoughts on noise cancelling to be true for everyone. These were my first pair of noise cancelling headphones. I got them for my office where construction was going on below. They're good for noise cancelling voices nearby somewhat but terrible at cancelling out drills. I love sony headphones and they generally have better sound quality for the most part.

I have been using these for about 2 weeks now. I use these while I’m at the gym. The earbud styles don’t stay in my ears so the over the ears are better options for me. Let’s be honest most over the ears sound better than earbuds also. I give these 4/5, sound great but the Bose sound better but these are considerably lower priced. These could have a slimmer profile and not be as bulky. For the money they are great.
