Dad loved them!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought these for my dad since he has been wanting over-ear headphones for ages but would never buy them for himself. He loved them. These are great introduction to over the ear fairly lightweight noise cancelling headphones that are also wireless. Excellent battery life that is hard to beat. there are better headphones out there, but at this price point, the features are phenomenal.

Good sound, but noise cancelling is non-existent
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got these as a bonus gift with my chromebook. The sound quality on these is pretty good, better than average for sure. The Bluetooth also works well and I have it paired with four different devices. Pairing was easy with NFC but a little more difficult with the devices that lacked NFC. The major issue with these is that the noise canceling is almost non-existent. You can hear pretty much everything around you when you have these on . As a matter of fact I would say that my Sennheiser HD 280s sealed out more noise passively than these do with active noise canceling. The only thing I have seen them actually block out is fan noise from both my ceiling fans and tower fans, other than that, anyone speaking around you or TV you might have on will get right through. This is of for regular headphones, but if you advertise your headphones as noise canceling this is a serious screw up. The biggest pros would be the battery life which has been incredible, and the better than average sound quality. If you can get these on sale for one quarter to one third of the price they are advertised at then pull the trigger. However, these are in no way, shape or form worth the $200 msrp.

Nice alternative to the "other guys".
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is just a quick impression since I won't to be able to test out the noise canceling effect until I fly out on business next week for a 15 hour flight. But, I can comment on the sound, fit and ease of use. Had my my eye on these for a while, picked them up today on a Prime Day price match. Tried them in-store a few times so I knew they were what I wanted, just not at the normal $200 price tag (the only time they will see usage is for travel, so it's hard for me to justify paying $200 for ANY headphones regardless of brand). Fit and finish is typical Sony, which is good. For their size, they are rather lightweight and very comfortable. The control buttons are easy to feel and each feels different to the touch so you know what you are doing without having to take them off and look. They paired effortlessly to my MacBook Air and sounded quite good. Listened to some music and watched some movie trailers and they dynamic range was quite pleasing. Not much in the box, just a 3.5mm headphone cable for wired listening (which I tried, and I noticed no difference in sound quality and response wired/wireless) and a short USB charging cable. I knocked off 1 star (would have been a 1/2 if it let me) for not including at least a soft pouch. For the price I paid these are a no-brainer. At full price, they are still a nice alternative to the over priced Beats/Bose offerings.

Amazing value at $79
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love these headphones. Long batter life. Comfortable and sound good. I'm not an audiophile and these aren't audiophile headphones, but they sound great. Not sure if these are discontinued, but I caught them in a sale leading up to Christmas for $79. Cannot go wrong at the price. They charge with micro-usb, so it's one more cable to keep aroung.

Exactly what I needed for flying
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Broke these in on my latest vacation. Almost 10 hours round-trip, and never even needed a recharge. Noise canceling worked great while flying, and sound quality was full and detailed, as expected from Sony. I was concerned with reviews about not being comfortable enough, fortunately it didn’t seem to bother my small ears. Purchased these on sale for around $90, and I’m completely satisfied.

Nice Upgrade from previous models!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While the noise canceling on this particular model is not amazing, the quality of sound makes up for it. The bass is awesome. They also last a really long time between charging. Only downside I find is the build quality. They are solid, but too plastic feeling and they aren't soft to touch, considering they are touch enabled. Sony is the best at what they do best. Highly recommend if you're on a budget and are looking for a nice headset.

Great sound. Decent Noise Cancellation.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off, these things are some great sounding cans at a decent price. I got them on sale for $150. The noise cancellation does feel a little weak, but I feel that is made up for by the comfort, sound, and battery life — which is fantastically long. Like charge it and forget about it for a couple weeks long (while listening every day). I would buy these again if lost. The button placement takes a little while to get used to, but is serviceable.

Great Pair of Bluetooth & Noise Cancelling Headpho
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are the best headphones I have ever had! Got them during black friday last year and still use them all the time. Bluetooth connects very fast to my phone and the distance is really good. Sound quality is fantastic and has moderately good bass as well. Headphone's noise cancelling also is nice to have to draw out background noises or sounds.

Amazing Headset
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve been on the market a good over the ear headphones. I finally found these after buying and returning poor quality headphones. Battery life is forever it never runs out of power. The sounds is pretty amazing it a whole new experience with noise cancellation and the Bass just pounds and brings any sound to full fruition. I wanted a headphone with cord. With wireless option this really brought it home.

Long battery life
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely love these. Been using them for a couple hours each day while I work from home, and the battery lasted over two weeks! They don't block 100% of noise, but the active noise cancelling does let me ignore the sounds of my cats and my husband. Also they have not started to hurt my ears and this has been a problem with past headphones, so I am pleased.

Surprisingly good headphones
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Needed a set of wireless headphones and got these on sale at half off, very pleased with them at that price point. These headphones have surprisingly good sound quality, are lightweight and comfortable, and have great battery life. Didn't need the noise cancellation but it's nice to have if I want it. Didn't need a case. Came with a cord if you want to be wired.

Move over beats by Dre!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m an owner of the beats by Dre studio 3s and I could honestly say that I like the Sony WN-CH700N quality and functions vs the beats. The sound is premium and I love how the headphones are so comfortable in the ear. I got it for $99 which is a steal vs paying $349 for the studio 3s. If you want that premium sound and don’t want to pay for that premium price, this is the headphone set for you.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I basically was looking for the NC headphones and 1st thing I checked out was these sony headphones. its really lightweight and really well built. i liked the sound quality and the bass effect, and you get an app to control other settings to get much more from the headphones. if your budget is on the lower side this is really a good headphones

Great headphones
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this when there was a black friday sale, and it definitely was a good deal. The battery lifetime is great. I have charged it only once since the day I opened the box and got it set up. It has a noise cancelling feature which genuinely works, great sound quality, and it comfortably fit on my head. Overall, a great product for its price.

Perfect for anyone that loves listening to music
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely love this product. There are so many incredible features. The noise canceling feature is one of my favorites, they’re comfortable, and the battery length is incredible; I believe about seven hours before you have to recharge. Once you purchase it explains how to download the app onto your phone, which allows you to manipulate the base, treble, etc.

Great Value
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sony makes a great product. I use these in the office all day and they block out the savages that surround me so I can concentrate on work. The battery life is great and these are really comfortable (if a little hot after 4 or 5 hours of wearing), but for the price, they are great. Sony offers a nice little app for changing the sound quality too.

The sound is great for the price decent base and good on all the mids & highs, and best of all the hold the charge for more than 40 hours. If I charge up and come back weeks later, the headphones are still ready!
