    I previously had a similar Sony model but unfortunately the swivels at the top broke even though the rest of the device was in perfect condition. Repair was more expensive than the actual retail price. These Sony series of HPs are great but the plastic portions of the device seem to be fragile so if you don't protect them from impact on a daily basis sooner or later they will brake. I would suggest to buy a protector case or keep them in the box when not in use.
