Bluetooth connection for PC was laggy and choppy, AirPods worked a lot better. But this works well for bluetooth on the phone, but overall, I'd much rather stick with my AirPods.

Got them to attach to an optic Bluetooth device for my tv. Got two of them, they seem to get interference after using them for a little bit, and messes with other TVs in my house. They are very nice when I use them with my phone though...

I purchased these and the sound actually was very good, but for some reason I had a problem with 1 ear that seemed to be sensitive to the cuff over the ear. I would recommend these!!

The Sony ch700 headphones are great for the price. The sound quality is excellent and they totally surround the ear. While the noise cancelling does work well it is not the best I have experienced. I consider it a bonus, not the reason I bought them.

A bit disappointed with the quality vs it's price. But maybe, I'm passed the headset stage. Quality is so so but battery life is topnotch. Usb c is a plus point

I was hesitant in buying these at first, but after buying them and trying them with my style of music = wow! Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for great sound at a decent price! Blows my beats out of the water!

I originally bought the slightly cheaper blue tooth headphones from Sony, but after wearing for an hour they started to hurt my ears. Returned them with no problems and upgraded to these and couldn’t be happier!!

I switched to these from beats solo 3. Those hurt my ears after about 15 minutes of wear. I would classify these as “noise dimming.” Have to repair them with each use. That is likely user error, though.

Have used them a couple of times on long flights. Good noise isolation. I barely heard the crying baby a couple of rows up with it on. Only comes with a cloth carrying bag which is pretty much useless, so I brought a hard case for them.

My God-Daughter Loves these headphones. The only setback was my God-daughter was looking for the case to protect these expensive headphones. Sony usually provides cases. They need to provide cases for these expensive headphones.

As a whole, I like these headphones. They are a nice, well-rounded pair of cans that would be a solid pick for most people. I found the noise cancelling good, though not perfect, as there were a few instances where I felt they could have done a better job. That said, I still feel Sony hit the mark there. Beyond that, they are comfortable, have outstanding battery life, look good (in black), and sound great. Connectivity is not an issue, the microphone worked well for me and the app/assistant features were a nice bonus. The headphones are solidly built, and I think they will hold up over time, but it would have been nice to see some metal in the construction. That does make them quite lightweight, but time will have to tell. Further, some type of case would have been appreciated. All in all, a solid set of features, good performance and a great value. Sony lives up to its name.

Great headphones. What I find funny is that they don't work on PS4 over Bluetooth and even wired I'm having a hard time to connect them. Otherwise they are fantastic.

Bought while on sale for $99.99. They work fine. Good solid pair of headphones. While shopping I tried the $349.99 pair of noise canceling headphones and these pale in comparison, but for the money saved, these are just find for me!

The sound quality is nice and also the built is good. The Bluetooth connectivity has issues. It takes a lot of time and a few restarts to connect to any device. Sound quality is also not great.

These headphones are OK. The music playback is fine. But if you bought them for noise cancelling for plane travel, then they are sub par....Far below any of the Bose QuietComforts, and far below Sony's own WH-1000XM headphones. Also, note that the headphones will turn themselves off after a few minutes if you don't have something playing through them. So, again, if you want to use them strictly for noise cancelling (and not simultaneously listening to music) these are not the headphones for you. There IS a workaround available: you can insert a dummy headphone plug into the headphones' input; then the headphones will stay on and not shut off automatically.

I bought this some time ago and use it to listen to movies and videos on my PC. It was easy to set it up and add it to the PC. My wife has very sensitive ears so I need to be quiet.

This headset is great on just about every device I've connected it to. The only exception has been my 2018 Macbook pro. For some reason the base is non existent and and I have a lot of crackling. Could be the computer but can't be sure.

Good Bluetooth headphones, just not as comfortable as the high end Sony. Otherwise, it was a good investment. Bose tells you how much battery is left, this one does not. But, the price was right since purchased on sale. Thanks Best Buy!

I love my Sony WH700 NC headphone. The headphone looks premium and the built quality is too good. For this price range this is a very good bargain. Would recommend it to friends and family.

I CHARGED IT COMPLETELY. IT TOOK ME FOREVER TO GET IT PAIRED. IT ONELY WORKED FOR 3 HOURS, IT SHUT OFF, AND NEVER DID WORK AGAIN. I HAVE NEVER BEFOR HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH ANYTHING I PURCHASED AT BEST BUY. THEY ALWAYS HAVE QUALITY MERCHENDISE.
