Look for the more expensive Sony model WX1000XM3 for Noise Cancelling mode as this one is not very good for this feature. I have both models, it is nights and days for this feature. I paid for $90 for this headset, it is worth the money. The only downside is Sony has only allowed to connect to only bluetooth device.

Headphones cancel most of lawn mower noise

They do a good job of blocking the lawn mower noise so can i can hear the radio. I use them with an Aluratek Bluetooth transmitter that I purchased from Best Buy. They work well together. The earbuds I have could not be heard over the noise and did not significantly reduce the noise.

These do great in the music category and work really well for taking phone calls. The only thing I found issue with is the noise cancellation. I have to step into the premium WH1000XM3 model to get the best noise cancellation but I also have to spend a bit more for them. Worth it though
