Thank you for sharing your experience with the WHCH710N. While we're glad you like noise canceling feature, lightweight and comfortable fit of the headphones. We regret you are having pairing issues with your devices. We'd like to help troubleshoot and isolate the issue.

When 2 Bluetooth devices have already connected to the WH-CH710N in a multipoint connection, and one is used for music playback (A2DP connection) and the other is used for calls (HFP/HSP connection), another NFC-compatible Bluetooth device cannot connect via Bluetooth connection with one-touch (NFC) even if you touch it with the WH-CH710N. In this case, disconnect one of the already connected Bluetooth devices and touch the Bluetooth device you want to connect with WH-CH710N again. We value your opinion with regards the sound preference setting.
