Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They sound ok I think they could be a lil louder I guess it depends whoever buys them and for what but overall it does it’s job but the entrance for the cable on the headphones is like not that big cuz I tried putting other cable besides the one that it already brings and it’s like stuck you have to kinda push it hard so it would get the sound from the audio resource!

If you feel that the sound level is low, turn up the volume of the headset and the connected device then connect the Bluetooth device to the headset once again. Sound quality may vary depending on the source and music you are playing.
With regard on the cable, we recommend to use the supplied headphone cable that comes with the unit and make sure you insert the plug firmly. I would have been disappointed if I had paid more for them. I bought them because I listen to a lot of webinars online. So far the sound quality and audio seem fine. However, they feel flimsy and kind of cheap. The plastic does not seem very robust and I'm leary to just throw them in my briefcase or backpack as I'm afraid they might break.
