You cannot get a full feature from this headphone if you own an iPhone. The music vent and Headphones app doesn’t recognize this device due to not being supported by Apple. You only get a standard sound from it. Do a compatibility check with your device before you buy any headphones.

We do apologize for the inconvenience. The WH-CH710N is fully compatible with iPhones and android devices. Unfortunately, the headphones is not compatible with Sony Music Center app.

I use mine in the office and am still very aware of the noises around me. It does block more "white noise" sounds such as the air conditioning though.

1. Make sure that the noise canceling function is turned on.
2. Adjust the headset into a comfortable position.
3. The noise canceling function is effective in low frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices.
