Almost perfect, but...

Use them everyday for work conference call. Minimum 10 hrs a day. One thing though, and I read this in a review before I bought them and didn't think it mattered too much, the padding is too thin or too soft or something. I am constantly moving them around so the plastic bit of the speaker doesn't touch my ear. I haven't found a workaround or heard anything from Sony, and don't expect to, but if they just made replacement/better ear pads these would be almost perfect. makes me wonder what the "1000's" have that these don't.
