My major drawback is that it doesn’t work with the app however there are additional buttons to control and do some customization. The comparability with the app was NOT clear in the description. I also own a smaller in the ear buds and the provide as excellent noise cancellation and quality with a smaller form factor

Buyer beware not worth more than $68 BF deal 2022
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought these headphones with the Black Friday deal for $68 & I’m pretty dissatisfied with them entirely. They originally go for around $150 which is absolutely absurd to pay for this kind of quality. If I originally had to pay the $150 they would be returned immediately. They are barely worth the $68 already. They leak sound very bad - forget bringing them to the library or somewhere quieter. Noise cancelling doesn’t work the best & headphones themselves are not that loud. I can have them on the highest volume & still my AirPods are way louder. They don’t connect to my phone when calls come in & I’ve had so many issues with listening to something & calls start coming in & I’m completely unable to get them to connect all of a sudden & makes them useless. & one of THE most annoying thing is that these do NOT stay on your head at all if you’re moving, bending over, light walks/jog. They fall/ slip off super easy which makes them very inconvenient overall. You can’t make them any smaller on the band either so there’s pretty much nothing you can do to make them stay. They’re overall very cheap quality/material & feel as if I can break them easily. This makes me very turned off from purchasing headphones with a higher price tag from Sony in the future.

This is definitely not the buying experience we want you to have with us. Allow us to help make this a better experience. The WHCH710N headphones has a closed-back and over-the-ear design. To prevent sound leakage and prevent it from falling from your head, we recommend having a comfort fit for the headphones by using the slider to adjust them based on your preference. Sound leakage can also be prevented by using the headphones on a lower volume.
If the The effect of noise canceling is not sufficient, make sure that the noise canceling function is turned on and adjust the headset into a comfortable position. The noise canceling function is effective in low frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices.

The most significant thing for me, is that the ear pieces actually fit over the ears. In addition, the head band is slightly off center which allows the headphones to sit just right on your head. They are easy to set up and connect to the TV. They aren't completely noise-cancelling, which is actually a good thing, you can still hear your phone buzz when it is sitting beside you. They are clear and pick up the subtle sounds of a movie. I like them very much.

Bring the headset and the Bluetooth device within 1 m (3 feet) from each other.
The headset automatically enters pairing mode when pairing for the first time after purchasing, initializing, or repairing the headset. To pair a second or subsequent device, press and hold the (power) button of the headset for 7 seconds or more to enter pairing mode.
When pairing a device once again after initializing or repairing the headset, you may be unable to pair the device if it retains pairing information for the headset (iPhone or other device). In this case, delete the pairing information for the headset from the device and pair them again.
