For Bluetooth connection, the headphones will work on devices that supports A2DP Bluetooth profile. We'd like to help and isolate the issue. We'd like to know if the microphone work when you unmute it in the application on the connected device. If the microphone works, the issue was caused by the mute settings on the application.
