For the price you get the best bang for your buck. I’ve used Bose, higher end Sony and Beats, and in all honesty, couldn’t justify the price to buy those. So Far So Good - For Over The Ear

Not as good as it could be

I hear a click and then I see a disconnect notice on my tv, and it can take about four or five pushes of the power button before it actually reconnects. Usually it thinks I want to pair it again. This used to happen once or twice at night, now it happens two or three times an hour. I use my television to watch episodes of shows I review on youtube, and I do this late into the night, and I'd really like to not alienate my neighbors. If you need this for your television, I do not recommend you use it. If you want it for your laptop, it is possible.

The sound is horrible and for the price point, I was extremely disappointed. I would actually tell the headphones I hated them every time I put them on. They have horrible connectivity. It took me ONE hour to connect them to my laptop, which has NEVER happened to me ever. Then connecting after that was still a mission. Sound was bad, connectivity was bad, they feel cheap. I regretted buying them and took my anger out on them one say and slammed them on the ground and they broke. I would also like to mention that this isn't the first garbage Sony item I have bought. This was their 2nd chance. I once owned a Sony Vaio laptop and it was also the worst.Stick to PS! I was glad they broke because I was able to buy Samsung Buds + and the sound is soooooooo much better and should have just bought those first instead. Waste of money and time. Go get Samsung Buds!

For me, the WH-XB700 offers better sound reproduction. The noise cancelling is fine, but it’s no good if the sound quality is poor. Luckily I found replacement sponges for my WH-XB700.
