The plastic covering the area of the headphones that allows you to customize the size is prone to breaking if you are not using the headphones at their fully extended size. The second day I had them I noticed a piece of the plastic shell came off, exposing the wires on one side. A week later the same happened on the other side. I use these primarily for working from home, so they weren't abused. I'm disappointed in the build quality. Sound quality, battery, and connecting is all easy/good. Just wish they were built better.

OK for the price

I found the noise cancellation to not be great and sound quality just OK. Again, they are cheaper than the higher end Sony's, but I would consider dropping the money on the XM3 or XM4.
