Wanted Apple over the ear but who the heck can spend $450 on a pair of headphones. These were $189 on sale for Christmas for $80. Not as durable as the Apple but a nice sound for a middle of the line set.

Great value for the price

If you can live with noise cancelling that is better than just about any passive headphones, but want good sound without the cord, these are a great deal! Easy to use, comfy on my large head, and the battery has good life. Yes, the cord is short, but I can live with that. Bluetooth range has been good and it's easy to use. Once you give it a few hours of "break-in" time, midrange is very clear and natural sounding. Bass goes deep with very good definition, better than most 'phones I have heard. Highs are a little rolled off, but I can forgive them that considering how pleasant they are to listen to. There does not seem to be any distortion or sibilance in the highs. I am very pleased. I have some more expensive 'phones for serious listening, but I prefer these for general use. Thanks Sony and Best Buy.

Thank you for your time writing this review. While we are glad you like the battery life, we are sorry if we were not able to meet your full expectations with some features of the WHCH710N headphones. The Microphone picks up the sound of your voice (when talking on the phone) and noise (when using the noise canceling function). Currently, there is no option to turn off or mute the microphone during a phone call using these headphones. As a suggestion, you can check the display of your phone and select the mute icon during a phone call. Note: The steps mentioned varies depending on what phone manufacturer you have. You can also turn off the noise canceling function by pressing the NC/AMB (noise canceling/Ambient Sound Mode) button repeatedly.

True the sound is good, but no better than the WHXB700s. Even though they have noise canceling, can't really tell anyway. So it's not about the sound, even though they don't bump with the bass I was looking for... It's more about the harsh fit that stabbed my ears. I don't even have big ears bruh... I took them back. I found my XBs anyway so I'm happy.
