I’ve used the 400 series for about 2 years, fully satisfied with them even though my placement of the base within the armoire caused some interference. I moved up to the 600 series and wish I had done so earlier. Sound and comfort is noticeably better! Worth the price! The 600 also eliminated the interference! Stronger set, fantastic sound! Definitely recommend!!

Very good sound for watching movies and tv and easy to hook up. I now have 2 sets of these, one for my TV and the other for my projector. I do wish they were made with a little more metal instead of so much plastic.

This is a great headphone for the TV. You can watch TV, play games, or listen to music from your TV without disturbing the rest of the household. Or if your has gotten worse over the years, you can have the volume up in the headset without deafening everyone else around you. The sound quality is not as good as a Bose, but I also have not seen a Bose headset that made for the TV either. I do however have a Bose noise cancelling headphone that I love. The sound quality for this Sony is very good. It is also comfortable to wear. There's a movie, game, sport and talk mode. The two modes I used so far is movie and game mode. Headset came with a digital cable. Instruction provided only showed how to connect with HDMI cable. I think that is really stupid of them. If you have a soundbar, connect the digital cable from your headphone receiver to the digital connector on your TV. That way you can still control the TV volume and mute function indepedent from the headphone volume control.

Sound is good. Surround approximation is actually quite excellent. Build is a little cheap for $300 and pretty much just mid-grade plastic. I personally had some issues with the stated range of 30m. I probably was able to get maybe half that and there were hiccups. I run normal music through my setup and wanted to use it when doing things around the house, but the range wasn't quite there. Overall, for full price, I don't feel the value is there. They are currently on sale for $199, which is more palatable, however, the range for me was a non-starter.

Really good headphones. Great range, regarding distance, but some of the modes seem to have an echo depending on the source. The options provided for sound resolve the echo.

Impressed with sound quality. Sony headphones from 2011 died plus used RCA connections only. Newer optical cable allows hearing sound through either blu-ray WiFi or TV. Am now upgrading to smart TV’s so will “see” how it sounds. Liked first pair enough that I bought a second.

Amazing Product. I am hearing impaired and these headphones allow my family and I to enjoy the televisions programs together without close caption and extremely loud settings. They are very comfortable.

This was an excellent purchase -- my use is basically for hearing from my cable TV and streaming movies -- the voice clarity is great - and the headphones are truly comfortable. This purchase was for a replacement of an older set which became broken.

My mother is hard-of-hearing, and these help her to hear the full sounds of TV (especially her movies) without turning the TV up so loud it blasts me out of the room.

very light in weight with really long battery run time. surround sound effects could be more pronounced but what can you except from a pair of headphones. I'm more than satisfied.

This allows me to watch and hear movies I want to see without blasting my wife’s ear drums, no more can you turn that down. Should have bought this years ago

Item was a little difficult to install and had to purchase an additional cord that did not come with the unit. However, sound quality is very good.

Nice try Sony -- nice product, but sonically not as good as their DP IF-3000, which I've been using 2-4 hours daily for several years, and which is still performing perfectly; and whose surround sound is 'home theatre quality'. The feature set in the WH-L600 is ok, but its 'imaging', although nice, is simply not as rich as that of the IF-3000, so I returned it, and continue to be happy with the IF-3000.

I wear hearing aids and it is frustrating to miss out on certain scenes. This makes streaming movies or shows so great. The sound quality is great. I can go from room to room and not miss out. Just great!

We love them! We have an open concept home and you can’t hear the tv when someone is working in the kitchen, now using the headphones anyone can hear the tv without turning the volume up and the sound is excellent!

These are one of the best noise cancellation headphones that I purchased!

They were very easy to connect to the TV. The headphones themselves are comfortable enough to binge watch your favorite series.

You know what kills the suspended disbelief of a movie more than anything? When your sleeping significant other gets out of bed, stumbles into the room where you are watching and asks you to turn it down. Now for the rest of the film you have the remote in your hand, ready to adjust on the fly. Keep them in bed and yourself in the story with these most excellent headphones.

With aging ears and the increasing prevalence of music and other background sounds in TV and movie productions, made hearing the dialog difficult. These headphones improved my experience dramatically.

I love these headphones. I can hear everything while I'm watching TV. I like British television shows & I can easily understand what is being said.
