Soft on the ears, the sound is wonderful and I can now hear what is being said even though the music is really loud. Definitely worth purchasing!

No wires to mess with so it becomes a part of you... so to speak. The custom setting let's you switch to phone calls when needed as well. But my favorite experience is watching TV at midnight in silence for those around me.. wow.. all of a sudden you're in a movie theatre with sound effects moving thru your brain left to right. The product is excellent but put on your thinking cap with the instructions. All pictures, no text.. took me awhile to figure out that ya have to press down on the selected button for 7 seconds in order to set up the pairing mode.

Long Battery life so if he forgets to charge them they still work!

Good so far but, not for Bluetooth adapters

The thing about the headphones that I wished it could do is to connect to the Bluetooth adapter that I have on my Nintendo switch. Because of how the Sony app and the settings is formed with the headphones, it can’t pair with the adapter unless it has an interface that shows the adapter in the settings of the switch’s settings. It’s a bummer on that part but, other than that I really like the product so far.

The bass is good, highs are good but mids are lacking, really lacking. For someone that really likes to immerse themselves in a sound field, these won’t do. I had to play around with the lousy equalizer on my iPhone and together got something to close to filling the mids. The phones have an app, too. What I don’t get is why I can’t increase the bass and set a surround option simultaneously. It’s either-or. Very frustrating. Again, if you just want a pair of headphones they’re fine, but if you really want headphones...

The headphones are not extremely comfortable and somewhat difficult to adjust but if I work with the slide on the top long enough, I can get them to fit fairly well. The sound is very good and I love the Alexa feature mainly for listening to audio books. Overall I am very satisfied with this product after my initial set-up issues.
