I did return them and bought the X and four because I wanted to be able to connect to more than one device at a time to hot-swap. But these headphones were very light easy to use very affordable and incredible bass.

Great Over-the-Ear Headphones at a Great Price

In short, I couldn't justify basically double the price for, in my opinion, a slight increase in sound quality. Make no mistake: these headphones sound awesome. They're very comfortable - I can wear them for hours at a time. The app that lets you customize the sound profile is fine but it's definitely pushing you to the high-fidelity music apps, like Tonal and (more recently) Amazon Music, to get the best experience. I really don't have anything negative to say about these headphones. Sure, there's some opportunity to have an even better music experience but that's what more expensive headphones are for. At ~$150, though, I don't think you can beat these.

After much reviews and owning 'many' past "wired" earbuds ('many' because my dog eats the ear piece if left is his sights) Sony IMHO is better than a majority of the market. So, after much reviews I bought these on a a 1day sale for a lot less than retail, and they literally are living up to what they spec out at, and that is awesome! Take my word, buy these cans, it will be the best going deaf party you can have at the price that you spend. Sony! Anything else is just garbaaage.
