It's a great upgrade from my JBL headphones that broke on me. That had been the second time they broke so I decided to try a new brand and after careful research, I decided on these. The bass is absolutely beautiful and the noise cancelling is top notch. I couldn't even hear a conversation that was being heard about a foot or two away from me. I do say use some discretion because someone might be calling you and you most likely won't be able to hear them lol

Living in an apartment now and sometimes want to crank up the sound while watching movies. These sound great to me and and getting them paired up and functioning is simple. The only thing I would complain about is that they get pretty warm after prolonged use.

• Resetting and initializing the headphone may help with the troublehooting.
To reset, press both the POWER button and the CUSTOM button simultaneously while charging. The headset will be reset. If the issue still occurs, after resetting please initialize the headphones.

To initialize, Turn off the headset while the USB Type-C cable is disconnected and then press and hold the POWER button and the CUSTOM button simultaneously for 7 seconds or more. The indicator (blue) flashes 4 times, and the headset is initialized. This operation resets volume settings, etc. to the factory settings, and deletes all pairing information. In this case, delete the pairing information for the headset from the device and then pair them again.

It's definitely better than Bose. The design is not flashy but that can be a plus at times especially if you want to blend in the background since the size is not small. Bass head hurry up!

Pricing was great at time of purchase, so picked these over the 1000XM3 model. Mostly listen to metal, some electronic (house, DNB), and some jazz. Handles lows without an issue, mids sound a little hollow but not by much. Highs were present, nothing too shrill or sharp, paired into an iPhone for use with (mostly) Spotify. Companion app is pretty pointless, still have not found a point where I feel like I need to set up the 3d features, and it's terrible at accurately reporting battery life. Longevity is solid, never once hit a point through the multiple days I was reliant on them that I was going to run out of juice. Noise cancellation was fair, handled about 80% of the sound from the plane, and was pretty much spotless when at the hotel or out and about.
