Really easy to pair with my iPhone and iPad but had trouble connecting them to my PC. Maybe it was just something I wasn’t doing correctly. The sound quality is amazing also the headset mechanism that lets it expand bigger feels really durable like it won’t get loose in a long time.

I is less expensive and not perfect but good quality....especially in you don't travel all the time for work! Wish the instruction manual was more detailed....needed to go on internet to fully utilize the features.

They aren’t perfect. I plug these into my guitar amp, and my guitar has too much bass. That’s not why I bought these though. I bought these to listen to Spotify with. Combined with my EQ settings on Spotify, these headphones are just absolutely perfect. I don’t even mess with the settings inside the Sony app. I downloaded that just to turn off the motion setting for the sound isolation. Great headphones.

- To get the sound that you prefer, please try the different sound modes found in the Sony Headphones Connect app. There is even an EQ in there—which can be customized to fine-tune your music to your liking.
- Try playing another source on the device. For example, try another music app to see if the issue is with a particular app.
- When you listen to music from a computer on the headset, sound quality may be poor for the first few seconds after a connection is made. This is caused by the computer transmitting music at sound quality for communications at first, and it is not a malfunction.

I returned my Beats studio 3's because of a rattle in one of the ear cups. I then decided to try the Sony headphones because several reviews place them toward the top. Night n day difference! The app that you use with the Sony headphones helps extend your listening experience. Bottom line is these headphones pack a lot of BANG for the buck!
