Speaker is good and no one has complained so far from the other side. Active noise cancellation is also good but not the best. It works for me though. I use it daily for few hours.

These headphones have a self-adjusting headband and soft cushioned earcups that cover the whole ear. You may try adjusting the headband slider so that they cover your ears. This will help give you more personalized comfort.
