Comfortable, confusing and poor directions on how to use the product. Good sound and easy to operate once you learn how to use it. I had to get a relative to explain how to operate it.

Easy to set up. It automatically found its base and worked immediately after it was turned on. The sound was clear and accurate. The charging cable was slightly difficult to connect to the earphone. In a low light environment, it takes more time to find the slot to charge the headphone. It would also be more convenient if it came with an adaptor so it could be plugged directly into a house outlet rather than a USB port.

My previous experience with another Sony Wireless headphone was not good and had to return them. I was looking around for another brand but they were all priced way more then I was willing to spend. I noticed this set as an Open box buy and the price seemed attractive. I bought it home the headphones are easy to set up and the sound did not break up. The controls are easily accessible and the sound quality above par.

Sound, Bluetooth connection are awesome. The fit is great, make sure to follow the ear location fitting instructions. The only reason for the loss of STAR ⭐️ The controls are small and difficult, for use. You will get used to them, give it some time. The pause feature for TV is awesome, and the Bluetooth staying connected ever time the TV is turned on is great!

These Sony wireless headphones are great for folks who need more volume while watching TV. They fit snugly and isolate the desired audio from the room noise. Their rechargeable batteries last long enough that battery life is not an issue. Great price and quality from a trusted brand!

The staff was very helpful to get the correct headphones that would work with our T,V, Installation was fast and easy. They have good sound quality and battery life.

I wear hearing aids but like to take them off in the evening, but then I have to turn the TV to full volume. Not any more ... these headphones are excellent. Awesome and so easy to connect and use. However a word of caution: This was my third pair from Best Buy. Why? The first two salespersons immediately took me to the headphone department and none of these worked. Finally, upon taking back the last set, a young man said: "Oh, you want to go to the TV section." Sure enough, here there were ... les expensive, better and super. So don't give up and ask if there is a TV Headphone Section. If they say: NO, then go look yourself and you will find it.

Very good headphones if not looking for Bluetooth hookup. Bought for my Mother in Law for helping hear the TV. Good price for the quality and ease of hookup.

I have been wearing these excellent headphones to warch TV ror over 15 years! I have 2 sets so one is charging while one is in use. These are the BEST for people with loss of hearing. I do not wear hearing aids so these headsets are a lifesaver! Highly recommend. Im a #1 fan of these and the price is excellent at Best Buy!

Sony WHRF400RF wireless headphones are great! Easy to set up, comfortable to wear, the sound is crystal clear, even when going to another room. I use them while watching TV. I have ben using them since the end of April 2019. The charge lasts for hours!

They work great and sound is better than expected. The headphones fit well but are still tight on my ears, which tends to give me a headache after prolonged use. I also love how the battery recharges while not in use.

It's rechargeable which is great. It also has volume control and is comfortable to wear.

This product will swivel to lie flat, the ear cups are comfortable, sound is clear, the arms do have tension and after about four hours you will feel the head squeeze. Lasts a full day of constant use. This is a quality product that I recommend.

What an excellent headset! I purchased this headset for my dad who has mild hearing deficit and needed a hearing headset that he could use to watch his television. What difference this headphone made for him. The smile on his face being able to hear watching television. Would recommend this headset indeed. Easy to setup!

The headphones have great sound quality. The work perfect for gaming, walking and watching tv so my family dont have to hear what I'm watching

These work mostly perfectly...there is intermittent static when listening to the TV with them, but it's not horrible. I basically needed these to be able to block out my husband's voice when he's on video calls as I watch TV, and so that the sound of the TV doesn't interfere with his call. Easy to set up and use. Comfortable to wear for binge viewing!

Light weight and fit very nicely. Set up with equipment was seamless.

The sound and connection is OK. I have a personal problem with these headphones. I use hearing aids and the size of the ear piece does not accomodate them without irritating my ears when in use them. In checking with the store, they told me that this was the only size available. Sometimes I use my old set that has larger ear pieces, but the battery holds a short charge. That is why I wanted a new set. My suggestion is for you to get access to a headset with bigger ear pieces. Thanks for listening.
