Battery life could be better, but i understand it has ambient sound and noise cancellation features. I like being able to wear my headphones and not have buds hanging in my ears.

Has all the good stuff from version 1 - good isolation, good noise canceling without the air pressure feeling.. and now with thinner neck that is flexible so even more comfortable to wear!
Also the earbuds have magnets so stick to each other when not in your ear

I had to replace my Bose headphones with these since Bose no longer makes this type. I can’t keep them in my ears. I don’t normally have a problem with that but the ear post is super long. It makes it hard to stay in your ear. I think I’m going to return them

The noise canceling and sound are fantastic! I’ve owned both Plantronics Backbeat Go 410 and Voyager 6200 (business grade neckband) I also owned the Bose QC 30 neckband. All three of these do not measure up to the sound, noise canceling and form factor. I travel extensively for my job (a lot of time on planes and airports) and based on my tests at home where it drowns out the hum of fans and can’t even hear the tv, I’m looking forward to using these when I travel. Finally, be sure to download the app, you can really customize the sound.

These are better than my old Jabras, battery might not last as long, but it has the ability to quick charge via USB-C.

A very good product. Excels at both, noise cancelation and sound quality. Gives Bose a run for the money. Only negative is the need to change the microphone location relative to the call control buttons.

They were going great… 17 months later and the left earbud is making random static noises. Sucks when you think you’re getting a quality item and it dies down a year and some change into it.

Hi-Res in-ear headset with pretty good noise-canceling technology.
But firstly, you need choose a fit-size ear tip.

I've been eyeing these earbuds for almost a year now. I finally pulled the trigger and bought 2 sets. One for myself to use while doing yardwork, working out, and working on my vehicles. The other I bought for the wife.
I have to say these earbuds are worth every penny. The noise cancellation is probably these best feature and the crystal clear sound quality is just a huge bonus.
The wife and I are extremely pleased with the quality, build, and performance of these buds.

I absolutely loved my XM1 version of these. I gave those to my son when i grabbed these, hoping for everything to be better, and it should have been for the price. The ergonomics are worse since the moved the controls to the left ear cable. The battery life is aboit 5 hours with NC on. Noice cancellation is OK, but not great. Mine just died yesterday while wearing them, starting with static in the left ear then dying completely. They wont charge or power up again. This is 1 year and 2 weeks after buying…. With a 1 year warranty. Figures. $300 for something that lasts only 1 year of light use is very disappointing.

Slightly disappointed. These are the upgrade from the previous version of this type of over the neck earbuds. Music playing was Not loud enough. They are comfortable, and the phone conversations are clear. But for bike riding the music just wasn't were I needed it to be.

My favorite neckband headset ever! This is everything right and then some if they came out with a 3rd generation with improvements I would just think it came from HEAVEN then. Best I've ever had!

The sound quality of this headset is impressive but what I most like about them is that I receive much less criticism from others during phone conversations and conference calls. I have tried them all and this is by far the favorite of my friends and colleagues. Reduced back ground noise and clearer voice sound is what they all have reported.

Not for business meetings

This set is not good for business meetings.
1. Poor microphone. It distorts speech and adds cracking and clicking noises.
2. Silently shuts down when in "a listening mode". Suppose you a in all day company's virtual meeting when everybody are on mute and speakers are doing half an hour long presentations, 2 -3 hours in the meeting it shuts down and you need to press power button to get sound back.
I think both conditions are reported in other reviews.
This could be perfect set for listening music etc. but not for business case.
That said I do have WH-1000XM2 for almost three years and they are great: the main reason I got WI-1000XM2, but WI are not good for my case and I had to return them.

Great noise canceling - I've used on airplane and at home in my office when the house is not quiet. I love the convience of having them readily available throughout the day. I never misplace them. Great sound quality.

The sound quality is excellent with clean and crisp audio. The only improvement I can think of is to have the earbuds attach to the neckband when not in use instead of it just dangling.
