That's definitely not the experience we want you to have. We would like to recommend some steps to see if the situation gets better. 1- You can try to lower the volume on the Sony Sound Connect app this will give you more control on how much volume you want . 2- Check within the sound connect app for the 'Equalizer' there you should have some pre-set audio settings you can try and play with to see which one fits your needs. Face it, these Bluetooth buds are designed to die. Find a killer deal or take solace in the fact you only lost 25 bucks when these kick the bucket.

I had a $10 gift certificate, and when I returned the item, they said it would take 3 to 5 business days to get my $10 gift certificate back into my account. I never got it back. I would like that back and to be compensated for something else as well.

I like the new controls and feel, The sound on the other hand, I was able to put my finger on Sony's "tier thing". These earbuds have to be up louder to produce the rich sound I get from a higher tier pair of buds. At low volume there is no seperation that is truly there until you turn these up nearing max level. I love Sony's tuning, but these will be relegated to working in the yard.
