Very Disappointed

The sound quality is so bad now. It’s unbearable for me honestly. The sound also doesn’t get as loud. The design is different which is not my issue. The only improvement I like is that the sound no longer completely cuts off as you maximize the volume. I usually dont write bad reviews but I’m really hoping Sony makes them better again. These were my favorite headphones for years and now they sound like any bad quality cheap headphones. Super tinny too. I have Sony earbuds I spent less than 10 dollars on that sound better than this
