Awesome,Awesomeness a very simple and reliable piece of hardware

This is the first wireless headphone that I have own. It was easy to figure out how they work. Best Buy was fast in shipping them out.

Good cheap ear buds. Easy to use, and decent sound

Great Product friendly staff. Super quick grab my online order for me. But the only thing that stood out was the end comment. Simple but effective. By saying " If you have any issues or problems to come see them personally to get it right" personal accountability is priceless. In many stores employees are quick to pass on blame instead of rendering any issues. So this was refreshing to hear in your store. I honestly hated the headset but loved the service.

Grwat headphones for the prize, but of you are planning to run wirh them DON'T made for walking not running slide off if you do

Easy to connect to all my products. And they last for about 11hrs before they need to be recharged.

Great product for the price point. Been looking for a design I won't lose like ear buds! Very long battery life! Not an issue that it didn't come with a charger and cord since I use Type C on other devices anyway.

I owned a different brand, so it is comparable to this style. Compared to the other brand the sound quality on this one is poor. I got taken back once I heard what I thought was static, very minimal and barely noticeable in the background. Also when you need to wear only one earphone the whole thing just slides to one side and the other earphone reaches under your waistline. While the other earphone is in your other ear pulling out because of the weight and pull from the other end. Basically no way you can wear only one earphone unless you get a clip to clip the cable to your clothing and this doesn't come with the clip. Also, the cable moves around your neck so much because the bulk on each side is heavy and when you answer a call people can't hear you. You have to find the microphone wherever in your hair or neck is at and bring it to the front. "Can you hear me now" was used often. Compared to the other brand I owned, the other brand you can wear one earphone without any problems, answer calls, skip to the next song and not worry about tangling. This style was a more affordable replacement since I lost my other brand. Well now I lost more money trying to save it, because I spent money on this junk and now I am buying the same brand I had before. Pay extra $25 and get the other brand or just don't, its your choice at the end. Just for clarification "style" means this item and "brand" means the competition.

These are great, small and easy to use. You can store them anywhere and it keeps a good charge and the volume is good.

Not good for gaming but great for everything else like music and tv

These earbuds are okay good sound for $20 my lasted 1 month before it stopped working in left ear still use it because its still better then wearing the job earphone.

You definitely get what you pay for with these headphones. The last pair of headphones I had broke, so instead of replacing them with the same pair, I decided to try a less expensive pair of headphones. The talk time wasn’t bad, but I wasn’t impressed with the quality of the calls. They kept doing a thing where it sounded like I was a robot to the person I was speaking to. These would be good if you are only using them here and there, but I would not recommend them for heavy use.

Easy and works great. Only issue is that it should have a little weight so it stays on

I’m a contractor and work long hours 12 to 14 hours a day. These headphones are The best. Great at time range and voice quality is super good.
