I don't work out, so can't help you there, but they don't fall out while I'm cleaning and "working from home" on the computer. Easy to work and connect to cell phone with no problems.

Convenient, easy-to-feel controls. Not too heavy but some weight shifts depending on your position, easily fixed as it could use a simple clip for your garments.

Sony sound quality is always top notch and these did not disappoint. If only using earphone, the other side can side down (too much weight to one side). Otherwise when using both very comfortable.
