    Not durable, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

    I've had these headphones for 5 months and just today while I was taking them off the swivel part just cracked, no pressure exerted whatsoever. I just checked some reviews on another webpage and it seems like an extremely common issue with this headphones, also this is not covered by Sony's warranty, it is ridiculous that they do not respond to an obvious quality issue. If I had read those reviews I wouldn't had bought this expensive headphones for only 5 months worth of use.

    Returned - wouldn't play music on laptop

    My wife bought these for my Christmas present. I wanted to listen to music at work but don't like earbuds because they give me a headache if I wear them. I opened these up and was really excited. I tried them on to check the fit and they were very comfortable initially. I charged them fully and then followed the pairing instructions. A couple of points to note. 1. They get hot when you charge them. 2. There is no headphone cord for these and not socket. 3. I have windows 7, the instructions were easy to follow but none of the screenshots on the windows 7 instructions looked remotely the same as what I saw. I tried over and over to listen to music / videos but they kept disconnecting and reconnecting. The sound came out the speakers and it made the device connected sound over and over. The headphones got really hot... After a while I just gave up and have returned the item.

    So disappointed in Sony

    These things are the worst. So cheaply built. This will be the first time I have ever had a negative review for a Sony product. The sound quality was ok but they cracked just above the ear piece of the headset. I was so upset with my daughter as I thought she had mishandled them, only to find out that this was a common problem and worst Sony was aware of it. I will never buy Sony headphones again and will advise any consumer, who value hard earned money, to not purchase them either. So disappointed in these Sony headphones. These things should get no stars. If I could I would. What a piece of junk.

    This was my Christmas gift from my husband because I like to listen to music while I work at the computer and I also wander around our small apartment. I was excited to see the Sony brand name but bummed that these are wireless only, but I plugged them in as directed and waited 5 hours to see they don't appear to charge at all, or they don't turn on. I get nothing, no light, nothing. I hope my husband kept the receipt because this is really disappointing. I can forgive wireless only but it helps if the headset would at least turn on, or hold a charge. I've never had a Sony product fail right out of the box before, what happened to your quality control Sony?

    Wrong Description

    I ordered this Sony Bluetooth headphones through online based on the product description (over the ear) But which I received as 'On ear' headphones. When I called and reported to best buy then they said will resend the item as per product description but that also not over ear headphones.i called again and explain to the representative they were telling go to the shop return the item then get the headphones which is comfortable for you. I asked them why the item differs from the description then they said it is given by SONY not by Best Buy. I am very strongly not recommended this item who ever looking for over ear headphones.

    Stopped working in 5 months. BIG Disappointment

    I bought these as gift for my daughter for the Valentines day this year. The sound quality was very good and she was so happy about these. However from late June she has been having issues with these and finally left side stopped working from July. This is a big disappointment for my daughter, And it is a big surprise to me as this is a SONY product and never expected such a low quality. I use / used other SONY products and always deemed them as very high quality. I may have given a good review in the past, but with this experience I am giving this latest review. Feel sad for my daughter and now I have to spend again looking for another headphones.

    Dont buy these if your intending on using it while you work out - your ears will be in a sauna like-sweet box, Also the unit itself as far as volume is really low on it's highest setting and the quality of build is soooo lacking for after 2 weeks of normal use the right side ear piece detached itself from the base - Bestbuy response contact the manufacture we have nothing we can do Again this is why apple products - Watch, Headphones etc are superior in build and quality - Don't waste your money on this unit you will surely regret it...

    Terrible construction

    Great sound , comfortable, beautiful color. Had to return two of these in less than a year because the construction is horrible. They constantly break off the head band and even if you glue them the Bluetooth seems to stop working soon after. These are a super cheap quality. Even if you have the warranty and exchange them for a new pair you have to purchase a new warranty for the next pair. Another $20 down the drain.

    Needed a pair of headphones for work and found these. My house stereo system and speakers along with a few other electronics are all Sony, I've never had any issues until now. I put them in my backpack along with a change of clothes and when I got to work and pulled them out both ear pieces were just dangling. I used them for a week. They sound great and the wireless connection is easy. I just don't think they're up to Sony standard. Now I'm left with a broken pair. Very disappointed.

    I purchased the headphones last year in December. They were working great for the first 6 months. Then the right ear flap broke where it swivels. I called Sony and there wasn't anything they could do since they only provide a 30 DAY WARRANTY? Yeah, for $90, you can get a better/more reliable pair of headphones. I had to super glue the ear flap together so now it can't swivel like normal. I won't be purchasing new Sony headphones and I don't think you should either.

    Was led astray

    I was looking for a set of head phones that would work with my tuner and was told by John that this is what I needed. As it turned out these were for a computer. I called the geek squad and spoke to a rep in Austin Tx and was guided to the MEE set that I have now that work great. No need to use a lot of volume because if the clarity provided. It took awhile to understand the Blue Tooth method but working great now.

    Cheap plastic fails after 6 weeks

    According to Sony Customer Relations daily use of a product for 6 weeks is excessive and physical failure of a product is not covered by warranty. If under engineered materials are not a manufacturers defect I don't know what is. Sony used to be a great trustworthy brand, no longer apparently.

    Fell apart in a month of normal wear

    We purchased this as a Christmas present for our son. Up to this point, he had been purchasing the cheapest available headphones, since headphones are so delicate. We thought that because they were the Sony brand, they would have higher quality. They didn't last any longer than $9 headphones. They refused us warranty service. Cheap plastic. Bad service. Don't waste your money. We will not buy Sony products again.

    Busted Bday gift

    Bought these as a bday gift...they still have yet to work. I tried to return them but my service when I attempted this was lackluster at best. Instead I was directed to buy another product that would make them "work". They live on a shelf now collecting dust and the bday present that was supposed to be awesome was a complete bust.

    Poor design or materials

    These headphones broke where the headband connects to the speaker. Based on other reviews this is a common issue, which indicates a design flaw. My son used these for gaming, so he is not traveling with them at all. Sound quality was good, but now they are useless. Looked to find a replacement part but no luck.

    Stopped working

    These are great headphones... While they work. Great sound. Can get really loud. Lots of bass. Comfortable and fits over my ears completely. Unfortunately they stopped working suddenly!!! I have had mine for a year. Don't recommend.

    I really liked the price and they sounded great my 1st pair of wireless on ear headphones.They worked great for 4 months then one day just stopped no warnings nothing.Tried all Little tricks reset reast to de fault nothing worked won’t turn won’t charge no sound in short junk....

    After a year and a half the headphone physically separated from the headset. In other words it broke and since these only have a one year warranty I’m out of luck. Next time either I’m buying cheaper Bluetooth headphones or buying something with a multi year warranty. Bummed...

    Had these for a little over a month before trying to use them. Charged them up overnite and hooked them up. They worked great for about an hour then died. Hooked up to charger worked again for a little bit and now WILL NOT TAKE A CHARGE. Will try to return, but Not expecting anything. Too long since buying.

    I checked on the machine when I checked out to have a receipt sent to my e-mail and to this day I have not received the receipt and I am not sure the product works as it should since the box had been opened. So now I can not return the item and it dies not work properly.
