    Not loud enough

    I bought and ended up returning after a week for a set of JBL. These weren't loud enough. The on the ear was tight. Could only wear a hour at a time without taking off. The JBl I replaced with were far more comfortable.

    Bluetooth does not work.

    I got these headphones after reading reviews. I thought I would give them a try. Bluetooth does not work on my phone. I am returning these headphones and getting powerbeats. Other than that they were good headphones.

    The first set I bought for Christmas never would come on so I had to return them. I have to complete remove them off Bluetooth every single time to make them work again and they don’t stay charged

    The salesperson was told of my requirement for a headphone set. I was informed that the product met my requirements for the unit I was buying it for. It did not. I returned it and upgraded to another set.

    The Bluetooth headset is pretty basic. No softly cushioned over the ears which may get tiresome after a long usage. The Bluetooth works but light indicators are too small to see in bright light.

    I asked the employee if the Bluetooth headset I picked out also could be plugged in. He said yes so I bought it for a gift. Well guess what, they are only Bluetooth can't be plugged in.

    Decent sound the bass is not as good as advertised. Ok for someone who is not picky about mids or clarity. The price point should be much lower for these headphones.

    I'm sure Sony makes a large volume of items that are excellent, but in this instance, the blue tooth headphones would only pair with 1 of 4 B/T devices and then there was no sound?

    These headphones are okay. I purchased to use them while at the gym. The sound quality is alright but since they are heavy they bounced around and fell off multiple times.

    The parts that connect the ear cover and the headband breaks very easily. I bought 2 with the geek squad protection and both broke within a couple months. Don't get it.

    Opened them and put them on the charger overnight and they would never turn on. Returned them for the next tier which work great

    I love Sony, but these actually have a "muddy" sound... too much Bass & not enough mid & highs !! Comfortable, but surprised at how hot my ears got. !!

    Not the same as the 950s

    Saw these for a bit cheaper than the 950s, but they fit over the ear which just is not as comfortable, and only connect via bluetooth, so not as versatile

    These headphones were ok to me. I don't care for on the ear headphones so I ended up taking them back. Sound quality was ok.
