Awesome sound and base this light show and versatile speaker system

I purchased the XB7 Extra Bass in blue & tried it out in a large open space used for a group exercise class. Everyone is the exercise class was really impressed by the quality of the sound and volume achievement of the product (it easily filled the space with music); however, after reviewing the manual the speakers have to be connected with wires (no wireless feature) in order to use multiple speakers and the party chain function. Also, there is no built in rechargeable battery (or ability to use batteries); therefore, it would always have to be plugged into an electrical outlet to use. The bluetooth feature worked well with my iPhone but when I tried to connect with an audio cable the sound was not as good and the loudness of the volume was limited as compared to what could be achieved with a bluetooth connection. This could have been related to the audio cable I used but am not sure that was the reason. For these reasons I chose to return the speaker and plan to wait for the newer models to go on sale since they both have rechargeable batteries and can be connected wirelessly.

Love the sound and lights and the fact that it is portable

Went to buy XB60, but decided to buy XB7. Sound was better on the XB7. Both were on sale for the same price. Connects bluetooth to iphone with no issues, but will not connect to my pc laptop. Played with lights and sound app. Mostly leave them off and let it automaticly determine sound settings. Have some second thoughts that the party connectivity and portability of the XB60 may have been better. Main use is for my home, but would be nice to be able to play in areas with no outlet.

I've bought 3 or 4 other bluetooth speakers that just didn't have the punch I was looking for.. this one definitely does... great volume.. great bass.. Excellent clarity.. and the kids love the lights

The Bluetooth setup is easy. Just plug this in anywhere and you'll get great sound. Bass is solid. I have used in the house, out on the porch, at the baseball field. Lights are a bonus. Remote control is an asset too.

I was tired of my small outdoor speakers with no bass. I went to the store to look for a larger outdoor speaker that would have better bass and this one did not disappoint me. It sounds really good and the Bluetooth connection is quick and easy.

My only complaint is the speaker was suppposed to be also battery operable. I found out after I got home that it was not. There is one (same size) available bit it’s over $500 Since the speaker is so heavy o decided to keep the 110V only speaker and since purchased a 2nd to link together (Sounds Great)!!!!!!

this speaker has great sound, a bass boast and its totally bluetooth. I added cables for surround sound on my TV. The lighting effects are unreal, they dance to the beat of the song playing.

This speaker performed great and it lights up with the great sounding deep bass really performs well at small parties and get the together we have used it a few times; the only negative is that it’s not wireless however there’s other versions of the speaker that are wireless. enjoy

I highly recommend this. easy to set up, use, customize. Very loud and the sound is great. i like the multiple connection methods. Cons: the strobe lights are bright and annoying and can only be changed with the app.

Love the speaker, good to start the party with the lights. Only thing it's not portable. Simple to use and remote is easy to use. Its Loud.

Great party speaker, price is really good especially if you buy open box. When you get 2 you can pair for surround sound. Light blinks to the music.

Extremely easy to set up. I use it in the garage and in the back yard. Solid sound, good base and the light show is cool. You can't go wrong with this speaker set.

I have had this speaker for about two months now and my fiancé loves it! it is loud enough in our two story home for when we have get togethers or just want to play load music. It is REALLY easy to move to one room to another without the hassle of wires getting in the way (since it only has one which is the power). The carrying handle is convenient as well. The lights can be turned off or left on for a more party feel. The bluetooth connectivity is awesome since I can walk away from the speaker and not have to be connected to an AUX cable. It comes with a remote as well which is nice!

Has a nice sound to it. Base has a punch. Easy connect to Bluetooth devices. Lights are cool and so much fun during parties. Best bang for your buck
