Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this solely for use when my family is using our Epson HD 2045 LCD Projector outside for moving night in the backyard. I'm using a Roku streaming stick in the HDMI port of the projector, and needed something with minimal cords to play movie soundtracks for a group of folks in lawn chairs. This thing has 450 watts of outdoor home theatre pumping sound! The Bose Soundlink 30 was taken back due to price for value, not loud enough, not enough bass as well as it didn't work with Windows 10 PC's. My setup is a 3.5 mm audio cable, 20' coiled from Best Buy, out from the LCD projector into the RCA plugs on the Sony speaker, and we should be set. Plan to have an entire weekend of Clint Eastwood films on a 120" screen while a campfire is burning on the shores of Table Rock Lake. For those above 40, don't be scared of the flashing LED's and strobe features of this speaker system, it can be switched off with the free smart phone Sony app.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I do not like the sound quality, do not like the lights, do not like the app. I don't have anything really positive to say about this thing other than it is big and loud (loud but lousy sound quality), lights are annoying, really I should have returned it, there are much better sounding speakers available and for 1/2 the price depending on your needs. I don't know why I bought it I have not been a Sony fan for a long time and I have owned their TV's, cameras and computers... Sony is NOT a good brand in my opinion.

I love how the lights follow the beat of the song to an extent. Comes with a remote which is also nice. I used my Iphone 6 plus via Bluetooth and had no issues. Remote would change songs and the sound quality is there. If your looking to get one for a party or such, its perfect. I couldn't even crank it all the way up cause it played so loud.

It's out of warranty. I would understand if I was hard on the speaker but I use it maybe once a week and it has not moved from the spot since I bought it. Buyer beware.

They did not work at the wedding!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am extremely disappointed in these speakers I purchased two for $257.00 each for my daughter's wedding and reception, unfortunately they would not work so I had to switch to a small boom box at the last minutes as guest were arriving and being seated. But there was no music coming from my beautiful new speakers. Never had a problem with any Best Buy products before this one. Best Buy is a great company with excellent products and service.

Huge waste of money
