Unable to exchange it and had to go through Sony. Had to pay for everything to get Sony to take it back and fix it. Still waiting to receive it back. Worst buy I've had in a LONG time.

I have the smaller version and I can charge it and dont have to have an outlet it plays with or without the cord being plugged into an outlet. Never would have bought it since we like to use these outside.
