Think of this as a studio that has phone capabilities. Video, camera, music are far superior if you take the time to learn. Paired with my Bose headset, the music is superb. The 4K is beautiful. People say that the phone is long and skinny. Honestly…you won’t notice a difference. The phones work just fine on Verizon. The phone does seem slower when booting up apps, but you’ll only notice when doing a side by side comparison. Android works just fine. The battery life could be better, however, I do get a full days use before needing to wire charge. Phone easily connects to my Mercedes. The speakers get loud, without static. However they are not the loudest. This is not my primary phone, but solely used for photography and music player. I do not vlog, and I do not play games on my phone. If you unfold the Samsung flip 4, the Sony is the same size. Phones I currently own. Sony is my top 2 favorite. My Samsung Flip 4 is my absolute favorite due to other reasons. Sony being second. Its camera is amazing. It's a pro-level camera. Once someone gets used to Sony and uses stock Android, it's very difficult for them to use any other brand of mobile.

This phone is more of a over glorified camera/video recorder. The cell reception was horrible, as I had tried the same sim in two other devices. Prime example, in my leaving room with T Mobile or ATT, i get 4 to 5 bars. This phone would only get two. If you are in the market for a pocket camera this is the one.

Please turn off your Xperia and then turn it back on. By doing this you turn off all running applications and free up memory, which sometimes automatically solves the issue. Make sure your Xperia is up-to-date by finding and tapping [Settings] > [System] > [Advanced] > [Software update]. Firstly, I kept getting notifications to update the software. After I completed each update and restarted the phone, another notification that the software needed to update would pop up. I completed the same update over ten times but each time, the notification would regenerate. The next thing is the battery life was too short. I would charge the phone to 100%, no apps running in the background, talk on the phone for about 30 mins and the battery would drain about 10-15% in that short time span. My phone couldn’t make it through half of the entire day without being charged. The other issue I had was the phone would run really hot. I would have to put the phone on speaker to have a conversation since it felt like I had a heater directly on my face. I had to send it back…it wasn’t worth what I paid for it. Hopefully, Best Buy doesn’t charge a restocking fee for this one or it will be strongly challenged.

Priceless in the quality build. Specs are excellent same for the Zeiss cameras. I highly recommend this device. Go for it.

For your wireless network issue, as part of normal operation, once you have connected to a Wi-Fi network, your device remembers the network and automatically connects to it the next time you come within range. Some Wi-Fi networks require you to log in to a web page before getting access. For this, you will need to contact the Wi-Fi network administrator for more information. To isolate your network issue, you may follow our suggested troubleshooting steps on this link:
