It was excellent but it didn't had anything. No sony charger or box or the manufacturer warranty. BestBuy has to teach wearhouses how to evaluate the phone. That phone should have been in a fair condition because it came on a brown box and on a bubble wrap. Excellent condition should be everything original inside the package.

Hi res output (32 bit 192khz) and if you use Poweramp for your music it'll upscale to 32bit 384khz and the best part.... Headphone jack and SD card. Rare to find in phones anymore. It's like a DAP and phone all in one. What's not to like?

Apparently not. The one I bought from best buy did not. "Gilbert from Detroit" from Tmobile tech support could not activate this phone. I took it into best buy, and they couldn't activate it. Neither could answer if it was the make/model of the phone that was the problem. Or THIS specific phone that was the problem. Neither of them could guarantee if I bought another Pro-I if it would work. So I'm not bothering.

We can restart your Xperia to isolate the issue. To reset your device, please long press the power key. In the menu that opens, tap [Restart]. The device restarts automatically. We can also reset the camera cache. To do this, Find and tap [Settings] > [Apps & notifications] > Select Camera, and then tap [Storage & cache] > [Clear cache]. 2 years old and still great

The battery life is still great, and playing games has been awesome. The video and Audio are solid. Camara is excellent but in the right lighting. Overall, it doesn't glitch, and I don't get frustrated with it, which is most important to me.
