It takes great quality pictures. Batteries last almost two days. It charges quickly. You don't need to charge it overnight. Slightly longer than xz (my previous phone which is still excellent). XZ premium is much better though. 4k display is a plus. I like it also because it has a second sim card space (or you might put a micro SD card in it to increase your storage). I miss Sony am/fm radio app. I like bronze pink color, price is on the high side. I recommend high quality screen protector and slim clear case by Ringke. They both protect the phone without making it bulky.

This is not what I expected, the camera isn't as good as I thought it would be.

Phone was fantastic out of the box. No issues setting up or moving to tmobile, issues started happening the second day. Phone reset on me twice due to how hot it got, regular talking on the phone and then playing games on it. Returned unit and got a Samsung instead.

If you are looking for a stylish and powerful device and not a plastic toy this is just what you need. Pre-ordered from BB and using it for 2 days now with a 10 min charge !!! it stands out immediately, worth every dollar. This phone is so fast that scares me. Amazing job from Sony.

This phone is freaking awesome and insanely fast/smooth. Gorgeous display, premium looks and definitely stands out from the other crowded android phones in terms of design. It has fantastic camera(for my needs, YMMV) and super slowmo video is insane(you have to be outside in day light to see its real magic). All this for 450$, come on...Hands down this is the best deal in the current market.

Loving the phone. I've owned it for about 5 days now and have no complaints. Beautiful design, great camera, awesome screen, really good battery life. I haven't found a single problem with the phone. The battery is what really impressed me the most. I've seen reviews online saying it'll last close to 4 hours of screen on most of the time but each day i see it going at least 4 and a half at around 25% left, and i am not a light user either. Unplug at 8 a.m. i find it at 20 to 25% by 11 p.m. If i used it until the battery died, I'm sure it could reach 5 and a half hours screen on time no problem

I love this phone. The colors and detail are so much better than a galaxy s 8 plus! I took back the s 8. Doesn't even compare to the XZ premium. Super fast and looks great!

Purchased August 8th. Maps app would not work correctly. Would be sometimes half a mile off from where you would actually be. Wifi was in and out alot connected to a reliable network. Upon my arrival to see about exchange for the defective unit I was told by associate I would have to pay the 100 dollar diffrence because item was not same sale price from 5 days earlier. Hello....Sony has dropped these phones by 100 dollars is the reason you were selling them for 100 off. I wasnt about to give your company another 100 dollars for a phone that doesnt do gps at all. Theres an issue with this phones software and Sony needs to fix it. If the software worked correctly I would give this phone a 4. Also speakers are just as bad as the sony z5. Low volume. Come on Sony, please make a premium with good volume and software that works.I had to wind up with an s8 that is 200 less than this phone. Doesnt make sense. A

GPS in this phone sucks. You will start a trip and within a few a mile or two GPS signal is lost, then map on the screen starts moving around. Using this phone as a WiFi hotspot is also a problem as it keeps dropping signal. I am very disappointed.

The phone seemed like a great product, and my first impression was that I loved it. I have been a Sony fan, and exclusively used to buy Sony- I still have a Vaio and 2 Vaio Duo computers that are functioning great. I really wanted to keep this phone. However the phone's SIM card tray is very flimsy and cheap- the second SIM/ memory card tray pulls out easy, but the primary SIM tray is difficult to remove. If you cut your nails short, it can be challenge even to take it out. It is also difficult to seat the SIM card properly. I did get the phone running and made a few calls, the evening I bought it. everything else about the phone was good and I think better than the S8 anyday ( I now exchanged it for the S8 and dont like it). Next morning the phone stopped sensing the SIM (H20). No data- No phone calls. Wifi was still working, and t was now the most expensive tablet I have had. I first called the phone company and we reset the SIM. There was no problem with the SIM- I had an old ATT phone and this read the H2O SIM and I could use the data and also make calls. Also the SIM is working fine on the exchanged S8 that I got after returning the xperia The Sony support is not great and I didnt even bother calling them- I wiped the phone and returned it to Bestbuy, who were great and allowed me to exchange to an S8.

Sony has no US repair options. If you get this you should get the warranty from Best Buy. No third party companies offer repairs on this or older phones and Sony won't support repairs. Their warranty on US repair policy is "buy a new one"
