Great for video, not so much for photos

If that’s your only focus, I’d recommend going with this. If you’re wanting something for photography, consider other options. Picture taking was okay. It struggles more than I would have preferred with lower light settings

The menu is easy to navigate and you can quickly learn how to use the camera. The one weakness is the size of the sensor limits low light image quality, but for most people this won't be an issue, and there really is no alternative if you want a camera this small and portable. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

The picture quality is amazing, as you would expect from Sony. The sound is crisp. Be aware that you will need to purchase an SD card, as it doesn’t come with one.

Great camera with one minor set back.

Small lightweight and easy to store and travel with. The only downside I would say is that the battery dies kind of quickly even when fully charged.

It’s the perfect balance between compactness and power. Being able to control the depth of field with aperture priority is a game changer - and totally sets it apart from phone cameras. The image quality is excellent as well. It takes some time to learn all of the buttons. The advanced features are not very intuitive. But after an hour or so of “fiddling” and experimenting - you should have a great handle on it and be able to take advantage of all its features.

A bit pricey, but worth it if a GoPro does not suite your needs (such as audio). Would be good if flash was included as well.
